Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, with a full benefits package

Key Duties:

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based interventions.
• Provide therapy sessions, utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical records while adhering to HIPAA and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with peers through case consultations and team discussions.
• Support and educate clients and families about mental health conditions and available resources.
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in the field.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
• An active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Arizona.
• Experience with solution-focused interventions and psychotherapy techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful client relationships.
• Critical thinking skills to provide thoughtful and effective care.
