Full-Time Mental Health Counselor Needed – Remote, Visalia, California
We are hiring licensed professionals passionate about supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. This remote position offers the chance to make a tangible impact while enjoying a balanced work schedule.
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Weekdays, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 annually, plus a full benefits package.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess family and individual needs, connecting them with suitable services.
- Handle crisis situations involving mental health, trauma, or addiction.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California
- Proven experience in providing counseling services to a diverse clientele.
