Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) Position in Lockport, New York

Schedule: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $95,000 annually + a full benefits package.

Role Overview:

• Conduct client assessments to identify mental health needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Provide guidance on managing mental health, for both clients and their families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health care to improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Valid New York State license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC).
• Strong communication skills and comfort with technology.
