Exciting Mental Health Therapist Role – Macon, Georgia

Licensed professionals (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) are invited to provide meaningful mental health support in a collaborative setting. This position offers the chance to work with individuals using evidence-based approaches that foster progress and well-being.

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Key Duties:

• Perform comprehensive client assessments and design tailored therapy plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions using diverse, client-focused methods.
• Apply behavioral strategies to encourage client success.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing professional education.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related area.
• Active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license.
• At least two years of hands-on clinical experience.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of EMR systems is a plus.
