Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 annually, plus benefits

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing therapy to adults in live virtual sessions, addressing a variety of emotional and psychological needs.
• Utilizing assessment tools to monitor patient progress and refine treatment approaches.
• Completing clinical documentation using a streamlined, therapist-friendly system.
• Engaging with a leadership team for collaboration and consultation as necessary.

What We're Looking For:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in mental health-related fields (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• An active license to practice independently; additional state licenses are an asset.
• At least one year of independent practice experience.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapies such as CBT for treating adult populations.
• Enthusiasm for incorporating digital tools into therapy practices.
