Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to identify client needs and preferences.
  • Deliver therapy grounded in CBT to address behavioral health concerns.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust care plans.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of all sessions and outcomes.
  • Offer input to improve clinical research protocols and findings.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Social Work).
  • Active licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Two years of relevant clinical experience.
  • Strong ability to manage documentation and build client relationships.
