Licensed professionals are needed to support adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, and substance use in Hawaii. This role blends therapy and research, contributing to impactful outcomes in a full-time capacity.
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify client needs and preferences.
- Deliver therapy grounded in CBT to address behavioral health concerns.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust care plans.
- Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of all sessions and outcomes.
- Offer input to improve clinical research protocols and findings.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Social Work).
- Active licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Two years of relevant clinical experience.
- Strong ability to manage documentation and build client relationships.
