Licensed Mental Health Therapist Opportunity in Smyrna, Georgia
We are hiring licensed professionals (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) who are eager to make a difference in the lives of clients navigating their mental health journeys. This role offers the opportunity to provide evidence-based care, collaborate with a dedicated team, and facilitate meaningful progress for clients.
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, along with an excellent benefits package.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct detailed assessments and develop personalized therapy plans.
- Lead therapy sessions utilizing effective techniques.
- Incorporate behavioral methods to support client development.
- Maintain thorough and accurate client records.
- Engage in professional development activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or similar fields.
- Active licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Two years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records is a plus.
