Remote Licensed Therapist – Mason City, Iowa

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual evaluations and therapy sessions
• Develop effective, individualized treatment plans
• Assist clients in managing mental health challenges
• Work collaboratively with families and community services
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Active LICSW license in Iowa
• Experience in telehealth, outpatient, or nonprofit settings preferred
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed therapy
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
