Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, supporting clients’ mental health.
• Create a trusting space for clients to share their experiences.
• Collaborate with clients to define and achieve personal goals.
• Craft and implement individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Fully licensed to practice independently (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Demonstrated experience in therapy and treatment planning.
• Strong communication and trust-building skills in virtual settings.
• Adept at using online therapy tools and platforms.
