Position: Full-Time Virtual Mental Health Therapist

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, with full benefits.

Your Role:

• Conduct online therapy sessions using secure platforms.
• Develop and apply individualized therapeutic strategies.
• Design comprehensive treatment plans for client success.
• Provide clients with effective tools to address personal challenges.
• Track and evaluate progress, making adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Arizona.
• Independent practice experience.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and modern therapy methods.
