Flexible Remote Mental Health Positions for Licensed Therapists in Salinas, California
Licensed professionals (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) are invited to join a dynamic, remote work environment where flexibility and support are prioritized.
Flexible Hours:
- 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday (no weekends required).
- Preference for daytime availability.
- Full-time schedules.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy sessions, both individually and in groups.
- Accurately document patient progress and plans.
- Work collaboratively to develop comprehensive care plans.
No Administrative Burdens:
- A full caseload is provided.
- Credentialing, billing, and insurance handled by us.
Compensation Details:
- $90,000-$100,000 annually, with a full suite of benefits.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a mental health discipline.
- Licensure as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
