We have openings for California-licensed Mental Health Therapists to provide virtual therapy services as independent contractors.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $115,000 to $120,000 per year, plus benefits
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for adults and adolescents.
- Deliver high-quality care through secure telehealth platforms.
- Collaborate with an integrated care team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain organized and confidential clinical records.
Qualifications:
- Current LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license in California.
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
- Ability to manage therapy sessions and documentation efficiently.
