Licensed Mental Health Therapist Role Needed in Columbus, Georgia

We’re inviting licensed professionals (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join a collaborative team dedicated to providing evidence-based care. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to help clients achieve their personal milestones while growing your expertise in therapy and behavior-focused strategies.

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, paired with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Duties:

  • Conduct thorough client assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions using methods that address unique client needs.
  • Apply evidence-backed strategies to guide clients toward progress.
  • Document treatment plans and client progress with precision.
  • Stay up-to-date with professional development and new practices.

Your Background:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • Two years or more of clinical experience working directly with clients.
  • Clear and empathetic communication skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records is a plus.
