We provide client-centered mental health care through a virtual therapy model that blends structured Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with digital support tools. Our platform allows counselors to deliver impactful treatment while maintaining work-life balance.
Position Highlights:
- 100% remote work with flexible hours, , Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Salary: $100k-$110k per year + incentives
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver evidence-based therapy via live video sessions
- Utilize EMR-integrated assessment tools for treatment planning
- Engage in peer collaboration and ongoing training
What We Require:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
- Active LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW license in Florida
- At least 1 year of independent practice, 2+ years preferred
- Proficiency with CBT and other structured therapy approaches
- Comfort working with various mental health conditions and diverse client backgrounds
