Remote Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCMHC, LCSW) - Jacksonville, Florida | Work From Home

Role Highlights:
- 100% remote with flexible scheduling, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Competitive salary: $100k-$110k per year + performance-based bonuses
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques
- Work collaboratively with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists
- Use digital assessment tools to monitor treatment effectiveness
Who We’re Looking For:
- Licensed LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW in Florida
- Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
- At least 1 year of independent licensure, 2+ years preferred
- Experience with CBT and working with diverse mental health conditions
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to digital clinical tools
