- Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits
Key Duties:
- Provide comprehensive assessments and therapy sessions for individuals.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.
- Support patients in managing mental health challenges through evidence-based approaches.
Qualifications:
- North Carolina licensure (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
- Strong understanding of mental health treatment models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
