Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) Opportunity in Fremont, California

We are looking to add a highly qualified and kind mental health counselor to our prestigious team. This position provides the chance to deliver effective therapy in a cooperative, growth-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 annually, plus benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough intake assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals and groups dealing with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties
  • Work alongside a dedicated team of professionals to deliver holistic care
  • Participate in continuing education to ensure the highest standard of clinical practice
  • Contribute to service enhancements and the ongoing development of program strategies

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling. Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution
  • Active license/certification in your respective state or jurisdiction (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience using electronic medical records systems preferred but not required
