Licensed Mental Health Counselor – Full-Time Remote Position in Smyrna, Tennessee

Licensed LMFTs, LPCs, and LCSWs who join our team will have the opportunity to focus entirely on clinical work, with all administrative processes handled for you.

Pre-screened, low-acuity clients ensure your sessions are impactful and productive.

Role Details:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.
• Salary Range: $100,000–$110,000 annually with a robust benefits plan.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual evaluations and customize treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy suited to individual client needs.
• Monitor and document progress with care and precision.
• Provide teletherapy services for greater client accessibility.
• Invest in professional development to enhance clinical expertise.

Qualifications for Success:

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a similar field.
• Active Tennessee LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license, free from disciplinary actions.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience with strong interpersonal skills.
