Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor – Smyrna, Tennessee
Help us bring mental health care to those who need it most. We provide licensed LMFTs, LPCs, and LCSWs with pre-screened, low-acuity clients through a trusted online platform. This structure allows you to devote your energy to providing high-quality therapy.
We streamline your experience by managing scheduling, billing, and other administrative tasks, so you can focus on your clients.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 per year, plus full benefits.
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform thorough virtual assessments and design treatment plans.
- Deliver client-centered therapy using evidence-based practices.
- Foster meaningful progress by setting and achieving therapeutic goals.
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation for all sessions.
- Pursue continuing education to stay informed of best practices.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in counseling or related fields.
- Valid Tennessee licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW with no disciplinary record.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
