Full Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) Position – Hayward, California

Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 per year with comprehensive benefits
Responsibilities Include:
- Completing detailed assessments to determine client needs
- Crafting and implementing effective treatment plans
- Conducting virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques
- Participating in ongoing professional development
How To Qualify:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Valid LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California
- Two years of experience in a clinical setting
- Expertise in culturally responsive therapeutic methods
