Licensed Mental Health Counselor – Full-Time Role in Colchester, Vermont
Be part of a team passionate about transforming lives through accessible mental health care. We are searching for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) ready to make a difference in the lives of individuals, couples, and families.
Position Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, with an excellent benefits package.
Key Duties:
- Perform client assessments to establish customized care plans.
- Offer therapy sessions tailored to individual, family, and couple needs.
- Work alongside clients to support their mental health journeys.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in maintaining client records.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a related field.
- Active LCMHC license in Vermont.
- Proven ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
