Remote Therapist Position in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Support individuals in need through virtual therapy in a full-time role. Work remotely while earning a competitive salary with excellent benefits.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $100,000-$110,000 annually + benefits
Key Duties:
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions focused on individual client needs.
- Help clients develop coping strategies for mental health challenges.
- Create and implement treatment plans tailored to progress goals.
- Maintain compliance with telehealth best practices.
Qualifications Required:
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent).
- Experience working with diverse mental health conditions.
- Strong virtual communication and organizational skills.
