• Competitive salary: $100K–$110K annually + bonuses

In This Role, You Will:

• Conduct therapy sessions online using CBT and structured models
• Document and track client progress through our integrated EMR
• Engage in supportive peer supervision and training initiatives

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
• Active Florida license: LMFT, LCSW, or LCMHC
• 1–2 years of independent therapy experience
• Familiarity with CBT and evidence-based modalities
• Confident managing a variety of clinical concerns
