Full-Time Mental Health Counselor Role (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) - Anchorage, Alaska

Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) can thrive in this full-time position with a network focused on quality client care and professional growth. This role equips therapists with the resources to achieve career milestones while addressing diverse client needs.

You’ll work with adults presenting a variety of mental health challenges, supporting them in improving their overall quality of life.

Position Overview:

  • Monday to Friday schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits

Duties:

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video platforms
  • Utilize evidence-based approaches to guide treatments
  • Design treatment plans that align with client objectives
  • Help clients navigate emotions and relationships effectively
  • Track progress and promote positive behavioral strategies

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
  • Active licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Alaska
  • At least two years of clinical mental health experience
