Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Salary range: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, with a strong benefits package

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual therapy through virtual platforms
  • Implement client-specific treatment modalities
  • Create actionable treatment plans tailored to client needs
  • Support clients in understanding emotions and building relationships
  • Track client development and provide coping strategies

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Alaska
  • Two years of experience in a mental health role
