- Salary range: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, with a strong benefits package
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy through virtual platforms

- Create actionable treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Support clients in understanding emotions and building relationships
- Track client development and provide coping strategies
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Alaska
- Two years of experience in a mental health role
