Position Summary:

• Type of Role: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
• Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Your Duties:

• Supporting clients in achieving their therapy goals.
• Delivering prevention-oriented counseling.
• Updating and managing treatment plans.
• Collaborating with additional care providers and placement agencies.
• Keeping thorough and timely documentation.

Requirements to Apply:

• Master’s or doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.
• Current Arizona licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Experience in solution-focused therapy.
• A strong team player with a desire for growth.
