Licensed Counselor – Consistent Caseload, Collaborative Team

We’re inviting licensed clinicians in Raleigh, North Carolina to apply for a rewarding opportunity with a well-established mental health practice. This role offers stability, peer support, and a consistent schedule you can count on.

Highlights of the Role:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: NC (Active licensure required)
• Schedule: M–F, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Annual Salary: $100K–$110K
• Package Includes: Medical, dental, 401(k), EAP, CEU reimbursement

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Assess and provide therapy for individuals with a range of mental health needs
• Collaborate with the care team for coordinated treatment
• Maintain accurate records and follow ethical best practices

Must-Haves:

• Licensed in NC as LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Familiarity with therapeutic documentation and care planning
