We are Hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC/LMFT/LCSW) in Pearl City, Hawaii
We are a reputable clinic offering mental health services to individuals, families, and groups across Hawaii. We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to deliver exceptional care and guide clients toward improved well-being.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mental health conditions and create care plans.
- Provide therapy sessions to address client-specific needs.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
- Document therapy outcomes and maintain ethical standards.
- Refer clients to other professionals when necessary.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work.
- Active LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW license in Hawaii.
- Two or more years of clinical experience.
- Strong knowledge of mental health ethics and guidelines.
