Compensation and Perks:

• Annual base: $100,000–$120,000
• Bonus structure based on caseload

What You'll Do:

• Provide virtual, evidence-based care using a CBT framework
• Maintain clear, concise documentation using a streamlined EMR
• Engage in weekly clinical consults and gain free access to CEUs
• Work regular weekday hours — no nights, no weekends, no on-call

What You’ll Need:

• LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW license in Florida (active & independent)
• Master’s or Doctorate in a behavioral health field
• At least 1 year of independent licensure
• Experience with CBT and digital health tools preferred
