Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) - Fairbanks, Alaska

We are currently expanding our team and seeking experienced Mental Health Professionals to join us in providing excellent care to clients. Therapists with licensure such as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC are encouraged to apply. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an environment focused on career growth and positive client outcomes.

Position Details:

• Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer individual counseling through video sessions
• Utilize evidence-based approaches for effective treatment
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
• Support clients in gaining self-awareness about emotions and relationships
• Monitor client progress and help build healthy coping mechanisms

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling
• Independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Alaska
• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling
