Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Remote Role in Chapel Hill, NC
Work Location: Remote (Must be licensed in North Carolina)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $100,000–$110,000 annually

About the Position
This is a telehealth-based position with a well-established mental health group. Clinicians benefit from defined hours, steady caseloads, and a system built to prioritize therapeutic work over admin.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual therapy services to individuals and/or families
- Develop treatment plans aligned with clinical best practices
- Document sessions and update progress using a streamlined EMR system
Qualifications
- Licensed in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT)
- Master’s degree from an accredited behavioral health program
- Experience working in a virtual care setting is a plus
