Mental Health Counselor – Hospital Setting | $90,000–$120,000/year

We’re hiring a Mental Health Counselor to join our hospital-based behavioral health team in Moreno Valley, CA. Position Details:

• Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to patients
• Conduct mental health assessments and develop care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to support patient well-being
• Respond to mental health crises and provide timely interventions
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with hospital standards

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (or equivalent) in California
• Experience in hospital or clinical settings is a plus
• Strong crisis management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team
