Remote Therapist Needed in Lakewood, Washington

We're helping match experienced mental health clinicians with a fully remote role where they can continue their practice from anywhere in Washington. This is a stable, full-time opportunity with structured hours and full support.

Role Details:

• Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 per year

Your Role Includes:

• Providing therapy via secure video platform
• Developing care plans and performing intakes
• Managing caseload and documenting client sessions
• Handling occasional crisis situations and referrals

Requirements:

• Master's in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active Washington license (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC)
• Strong virtual communication and organizational skills
