Mental Health Therapist Intern – Outpatient Mental Health Setting

We are hiring a Mental Health Therapist Intern to support therapeutic services in our outpatient behavioral health clinic in Kent, Washington. This position offers structured clinical experience in a setting focused on teamwork, client outcomes, and professional growth.

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $50,000–$70,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions within an outpatient framework
  • Collaborate with licensed professionals to develop and refine treatment plans
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation
  • Participate in scheduled supervision and training sessions
  • Track client progress and modify treatment strategies as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Washington Intern License in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage responsibilities independently while working within a team model
