Mental Health Therapist Intern – Full Time
We are looking for a Mental Health Therapist Intern to join our outpatient behavioral health team in Lakewood, Washington. This opportunity offers valuable experience in client-focused care, under the guidance of experienced licensed professionals.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $50,000 to $70,000 per year
Position Overview:
- Conduct therapy sessions with individual clients and therapy groups
- Assist in the creation and execution of tailored treatment plans
- Document all services in compliance with legal and clinical standards
- Engage in regular clinical supervision and skill-building sessions
- Adapt treatment goals in response to client feedback and outcomes
Candidate Profile:
- Holds an active intern license in Washington (LMHCA, MFT Intern, etc.)
- Able to build rapport in a professional outpatient setting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to clinical detail
