Provide virtual mental health therapy with flexibility as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in Burnsville, Minnesota

Be part of a fully remote team offering assessments and therapy for stable, low-acuity adults. Help individuals enhance their well-being through effective therapeutic approaches tailored to their needs.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $100,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct private, one-on-one video therapy sessions.
• Support clients in processing emotions and improving their relationships.
• Assist clients in setting meaningful goals and creating actionable steps toward success.
• Assess client needs and implement individualized, solution-focused treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Minnesota license as an LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent.
• Background in working with diverse clients and addressing various mental health needs.
• Strong ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a virtual team.
