Join a virtual practice that provides assessment and treatment to stable, low-acuity adults seeking mental health support. Assist individuals in developing coping strategies to enhance their overall well-being.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $100,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions to address client concerns.
• Help clients explore their emotions and foster self-awareness.
• Guide clients in goal-setting and provide tools for achieving progress.
• Evaluate mental health conditions and design treatment plans based on professional expertise.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Minnesota license as an LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent.
• Experience in working with various populations and addressing different mental health challenges.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
