Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) - Reading, Pennsylvania

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary:

$90,000 - $110,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Primary Duties:

  • Provide individualized therapy to meet client needs.
  • Coordinate with care teams to monitor and adjust treatment approaches.
  • Maintain detailed and compliant client documentation.
  • Develop effective care plans that encourage long-term success.
  • Engage in community initiatives to enhance accessibility to care.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Active independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
  • Minimum of two years of experience in clinical mental health care.
