Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) - Scranton, Pennsylvania

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary:
$90,000 - $110,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.
Primary Duties:
- Provide individualized therapy to meet client needs.
- Coordinate with care teams to monitor and adjust treatment approaches.
- Maintain detailed and compliant client documentation.
- Develop effective care plans that encourage long-term success.
- Engage in community initiatives to enhance accessibility to care.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Active independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
- Minimum of two years of experience in clinical mental health care.
