Licensed Virtual Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) – Elk Grove, California

Licensed therapists looking for a flexible, remote role with immediate client referrals—this is for you. With demand for virtual therapy growing, you can quickly establish a full caseload and provide mental health care through a seamless telehealth platform.

Job Type: Full-time, remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Primary Duties:

• Offer one-on-one therapy sessions via video conferencing.
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Support clients in processing emotions, behaviors, and life experiences.
• Adjust therapeutic approaches based on progress and feedback.
• Keep up-to-date documentation in compliance with best practices.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
• At least three years of experience in outpatient care.
• Ability to work independently while staying organized.
• Proficiency in digital documentation systems.
