Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Pay: $100K–$110K + comprehensive benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy services online, both individual and group sessions
• Perform assessments and tailor treatment to each client
• Handle urgent clinical needs and provide appropriate referrals
• Document sessions thoroughly and in line with state and federal standards

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• A Master’s in a mental health discipline
• An active WA license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW)
• Familiarity with virtual care delivery
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
