Online Therapist – Full-Time in Puyallup, Washington
This is a full-time opportunity for Washington-licensed therapists looking for stability and flexibility in one role. You'll provide care through secure video platforms, helping individuals navigate challenges with your clinical expertise. The work is impactful, and the schedule is predictable.
Role: Full-Time
Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday
Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 annually + full benefits
Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapy sessions via video for individuals and groups
- Complete clinical evaluations and build appropriate treatment plans
- Provide emergency referrals and short-term intervention as needed
- Document all interactions professionally and in compliance with standards
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or similar
- Active Washington license (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC)
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Comfort with remote tools and digital platforms
