We’re inviting Licensed Therapists in Cary, North Carolina to apply for a rewarding opportunity with a well-established mental health practice. This role offers stability, peer support, and a consistent schedule you can count on.
Highlights of the Role:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: NC (Active licensure required)
- Schedule: M–F, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Annual Salary: $100K–$110K
- Package Includes: Medical, dental, 401(k), EAP, CEU reimbursement
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Assess and provide therapy for individuals with a range of mental health needs
- Collaborate with the care team for coordinated treatment
- Maintain accurate records and follow ethical best practices
Must-Haves:
- Licensed in NC as LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Familiarity with therapeutic documentation and care planning
