Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC) - Mount Vernon, WA
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Washington-licensed Mental Health Counselor to join a fully remote clinical team. This position allows you to focus on patient care while we handle the operational details that can slow you down.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 per year
Work Environment:
This is a fully remote role with a supportive infrastructure that includes secure platforms and professional staff for assistance with admin functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy sessions to clients via telehealth
- Develop and revise treatment plans
- Coordinate care with fellow clinicians
- Maintain comprehensive clinical notes
Requirements:
- LICSW license in Washington (active)
- Graduate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or similar
- At least 2 years of licensed clinical experience
- Strong remote communication skills
