Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC)
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Mountlake Terrace, Washington to deliver teletherapy in a role that eliminates administrative distractions. You’ll have access to the latest virtual tools and a support team that helps you stay client-focused.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 annually
Work Environment:
Operate from a secure, remote clinical platform designed for efficiency and clinician success. All backend processes—billing, scheduling, IT—are handled by our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote individual and group therapy sessions
- Implement treatment strategies specific to each client’s needs
- Collaborate within a licensed clinical team
- Keep up-to-date records and case notes
Requirements:
- Active LICSW license in Washington
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years post-licensure experience
- Strong clinical and communication skills
