Mental Health Counselor
Overview
We’re seeking a Licensed Counselor Therapist to provide mental health counseling in a structured, supportive practice in Saratoga Springs, New York. The focus is on adults navigating challenges such as depression, trauma, or anxiety. The schedule is fixed during business hours, providing balance and consistency.
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and individual therapy
- Create evidence-based treatment plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary care meetings
- Keep up-to-date and accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
- Must hold active NY license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Master’s-level education in a mental health field
- Competence with digital health platforms and documentation systems
