Licensed Mental Health Counselor
We are currently looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team as a Mental Health Counselor in Glen Cove, New York. This outpatient role focuses on providing therapeutic care to clients navigating emotional distress, trauma, and behavioral health issues. You’ll work within a team-oriented environment with a strong clinical backbone.
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Weekdays | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000
Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to adult clients facing emotional and psychological concerns
- Develop individualized treatment goals
- Collaborate with care teams to coordinate services
- Complete documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Current NY license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC)
- Master’s in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related discipline
- Experience with electronic health records and telehealth systems
