Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Middletown, NY
Our team is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to support adult clients in an outpatient behavioral health environment. In this role, you'll deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals facing anxiety, trauma, or mood-related conditions, supported by a collaborative care team and clinical leadership.
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct therapy sessions for adults dealing with mental health issues
- Design and implement client-specific treatment plans
- Work alongside other behavioral health providers
- Accurately document client care and progress
Required Qualifications
- Current NY license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC)
- Master’s in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related discipline
- Experience with electronic health records and telehealth systems
