Mental Health Counselor – NY
We are actively hiring a licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our outpatient program in Rensselaer, New York. This position offers the opportunity to deliver person-centered therapy to adult clients in a setting built around clinical integrity and supportive care.
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy sessions for adults navigating mental health challenges
- Create and adjust individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with care teams to provide integrated support
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Required Qualifications
- Current NY license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC)
- Master’s in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related discipline
- Experience with electronic health records and telehealth systems
